Return Policy We offer refund or exchange.

Non-refundable: For reasons of hygiene, all wigs are generally non-refundable.

Non-Returnable: Custom made and color wigs (custom length, density, haircut/style, size, color or any change you want) are non-refundable.​

All other products have a 14-day exchange/return policy - from the day of delivery. Wigs and products must be returned in their original condition.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee and must take reasonable care of the wigs they wish to return. The buyer is responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

For international returns, the buyer must clearly state on the invoice that the wig is an "exchange wig". The goods/wig can be exchanged for a new product of the same value - or a higher value with a surcharge compensation. Otherwise, a goods value voucher is another option for exchange. For reasons of hygiene, we ask the buyer to wear a wig cap when trying on a purchased wig.

Any item that has been chemically or physically altered is no longer eligible for an exchange. This includes: The wig must not be dyed, styled, bleached, washed, brushed or combed. The wig must not have been worn. The wig must not come into contact with food odors, smoke, hairspray or perfume. In addition, in any case, if you receive a defective product, we guarantee a refund or an exchange of the goods/product.

Exchanges and refunds can take up to four weeks to process.
